By purchasing any item from Primo Trading Inc. it is implied that the customer has read and agreed to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

General Terms and Conditions

Primo Trading Inc. reserves the right to deny an order that does not agree or comply with the following statements and/or company policies:

• Features, specifications, and prices of products described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Some weights and measures are approximate.

• Primo Trading Inc. may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. Since you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should therefore periodically visit this page.

• These Terms and Conditions supersede any other agreement between you and Primo Trading Inc. to the extent necessary to resolve any inconsistency or ambiguity between them. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida, USA without giving effect to its rules relating to conflicts of laws.

• Your use of the Site is at your own risk. Primo Trading Inc. makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy and specifically disclaims any liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site. Primo Trading Inc. nor any other party involved in the creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, or inability to use or access, the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, the Site and material displayed on or that can be downloaded from the Site is provided to you "AS IS", AND PRIMO TRADING, INC. DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The foregoing exclusions of implied warranties do not apply to the extent prohibited by law.

• Any other Trademarks used in the Site are Trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Site grants or should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademarks displayed on the Site without the written permission of Primo Trading Inc. or such third party owner. Any unauthorized use of the Site, materials displayed on or that can be downloaded from the Site, or any Trademarks displayed on the Site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy or publicity, and other laws and regulations and civil and criminal statutes.

• Primo Trading Inc. does not assume any responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer, telecommunication equipment, or other property caused by or arising from your access to, use of, or browsing the Site or your downloading of any materials from the Site.

• All international, APO and FPO customs forms will be filled out as merchandise only. International, APO and FPO customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the sale and importation of any order to the respective country. Primo Trading Inc. is not responsible for any order held by customs for any reason. Primo Trading Inc. will not refund or accept an International, APO or FPO order returned as a result of rules or regulation imposed by the respective country.

• All credit card orders require address verification. Primo Trading Inc. will not ship to an address other than the billing address of the credit card used for payment unless the shipping address is on file with the credit card company. Only addresses on file with your credit card company are considered valid shipping addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to contact his/her credit card agency and have a new address added to an account.


Privacy Policy


Primo Trading Inc. will not give or sell any information regarding a customer's account to another party. Primo Trading Inc. does collect customer information for account registration and purchasing . Credit card information is always collected on a secure page. Customer privacy is always our utmost priority.


Payment Option Policies


Primo Trading Inc. will accept orders via the website, phone and physical mail.
Primo Trading Inc. accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. All credit card information is collected on a secure page. Orders purchased via credit card imply that the customer has read and agreed to the credit card policies listed under the General Terms and Conditions.

Some items may list an estimated shipping time upon payment clearance. This is only an estimate. The actually shipping time may vary from the estimate. The time frame for shipping is also governed by the clearance time for the form of payment used. Orders made by credit card or PayPal 'usually' ship the following business day. Note about Paypal: Its is a Primo Trading Inc. policy to hold any unconfirmed paypal payments for 5-10 business days to validate the transaction properly. Mailed orders paid by money order or cashiers check usually ship 2 business days after receiving payment. All orders purchased by personal check will not ship until clearance verification from the bank. Personal check clearances take 7-10 business days. Primo Trading Inc. will not tolerate credit card fraud or fraud associated with the payment of a mail order. Criminal charges will be filed with local authorities and the guilty party will be prosecuted.
Shipping and Tracking Policies
Primo Trading Inc. ships with UPS as they are our preferred Domestic and International carrier. During checkout please fill in all required fields and verify that your address is correct. UPS will only ship on business days (Monday - Friday). Keep in mind that 2-day service shipped Thursday will arrive Monday. A list of holidays on which UPS will not ship can be found on www.ups.com. UPS shipping charges may vary from published rates due to handling charges incorporated into the shipping cost. Items ship only after payment clears. The standard UPS shipping services are as follows:


• UPS Ground is the standard domestic shipping service to the 48 contiguous states. Estimate delivery times using 15044 Zip Code as the package origin. Estimated arrival in the Eastern UNITED STATES is 1-2 business days. The Midwest arrival time is 3-4 business days. Western UNITED STATES can expect arrival in 5-6 business days.

• Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico cannot be shipped Ground Service and we can not offer our free shipping for these states. Please select UPS 2nd Day Air (estimated arrival by the end of the second business day).

• UPS Standard to Canada is the standard service for Canadian shipping (estimated 5-7 business day delivery time).

• Primo Trading Inc. suggests that all International orders ship UPS Worldwide Express (estimated 1-2 business day service).
Primo Trading Inc. will not guarantee the delivery time of any order. Shipping costs will not be refunded for delayed deliveries. Deliveries can be delayed for any number of reasons. Most delays are due to weather conditions. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Plan orders and choose payment options appropriately. Listed above are the standard recommended services. You may select any UPS shipping service that best suits your needs. Select the service that will ensure that you will receive the order at least 2 business days in advance to the needed time period.


Return Policies


1. All merchandises are subject to direct manufacturer's service and warranty, the details of manufacturer service and warranty, the details of manufacturer service and warranty policy is included in package. Primo Trading Inc. will only exchange for defective products at our discretion.
2. All merchandises returned for credit are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. No returns on any broken seals or opened boxes.
3. On all returns and exchanges, the merchandise and all original packaging material must be in new condition and must include all accessories supplied with product by manufacturer. If the returned merchandise does not meet the above requirements we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge 25% restocking fee to cover losses. It must also be returned for store credit on other purchases in our webstore within the 30 days of delivery. Also a Return Authorization number must be given to the customer by our staff in accordance with this policy. The Customer is responsible for all shipping related charges. All merchandise that is shipped back to the customer will be sent by UPS ground unless the customer pays for the additional cost for faster delivery service.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All items on our web are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, against defects in material and workmanship. Customer will have to contact manufacturers directly for such service. If applicable, Primo Trading Inc. will repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion. Customer is responsible for related shipping charges.
